Named in honor of Luna Kaufman, Holocaust survivor and pioneer in Holocaust Education, our annual contest is open to students in grades 5 to 12 and includes research, creative writing, and both two and three dimensional art. Winners in each age category receive a $50 U.S. Savings Bond; all participants receive a certificate of participation. The deadlines are usually in February and March. .

The Catherine Woolf Student Leadership Conference
In this exceptional one-day program, middle school students learn how they can make a difference in eliminating prejudice from their schools. Students develop awareness of prejudice, learn skills to counteract it and become empowered to educate their peers. This unique experience empowers them to educate their peers as they develop skills to counteract prejudice.
This program is usually held in the early spring. Contact the Center for next year's details.
